3.- NO Signup Fee - Shouldn't Have to Pay a company to start your services

  • Large Polybags – $0.50 Each (18x24 or Larger)

  • Shoes – $3.75 / Unit (incl. Quality Inspection and rubber band for box lid)

VOLUME DISCOUNTS:

We go by calendar month so you will be billed based on total units sent in for that month. We have a Minimum of 250 Units/Month. If the minimum is not met, you will be billed for the difference to meet the minimum.
Multipacks/Bundles (Up To 5 Units - $.50/Additional Unit):

1k–2k at $.90 Single / $1.65 Multi
2k–4k at $0.80 Single / $1.45 Multi
4k+ at $0.70 Single / $1.35 Multi

The Process & Policies

We believe in keeping everything as SIMPLE as possible!

  • This is the Process for our Prep Center and Services

  • You place your Online/Supplier Orders as you normally would, just use our warehouse address.

  • We built a full spreadsheet entry system with AirTable where you will provide all of the product data.

  • We receive your packages and they are sorted onto your shelf spot daily.

  • You are given a dedicated once per week shipping day and account Manager who is in charge of your shipment every single week. A once per week shipment allows for larger batches to be done at once which saves you on the inbound UPS cost to Amazon. You can always request extra shipments of course if needed.

  • We use Slack for all Communication to ensure quick replies.

  • During your shipment via Inventory Lab, your Shipping Manager will be in touch on Slack if there are any questions about items, box damage, etc as well as update the status of all products on AirTable.

  • We create your shipments from scratch and take care of ALL the data entry for you! Using the info you provide on AirTable, we will enter the Supplier-Buy Cost-Expiration-Etc so you can truly be as hands off as possible!

  • Once your shipment is complete, you will receive an email with a list of any issue items such as box damage. Once you have a return label from the retailer, simply attach it to that email and we will send it back to the retailer at no extra charge.

  • Place more orders, repeat over and over!

Restricted Items

Over time, we have found which products work best for our workflows and business model as a Prep Center. This is a list of products that we no longer accept.

  • Glass/Breakable - This includes Candles, Jars, Cups, Glasses, etc.

  • Cleaners with spray nozzles.

  • Bags/Cans of Pet Food - Smaller treats are accepted.

  • Extra Large Items - Vacuums, Pools, Speakers, Etc.

  • Perfume/Plug In Fragrances

FAQ

  • How much is the fee for storage?

    We include 30 days of FREE storage! If we are holding product longer than 30 days, it is billed at $10/Medium Box size.

  • What are the requirements or minimums?

    250 Units per Month with 50 Units minimum per shipment. *If less than 300 units are sent, there will be an added invoice for the difference. Active Inventory Lab Subscription - $150 Sign Up Fee.

  • Are my items covered by your insurance?

  • Yes! We took out a policy specifically that covers all client inventory in our warehouse.

  • What are the benefits of using this type of service?

  • Simple: You get SPACE and TIME back in your life so you can focus on the fun part of the business, Sourcing!

  • With user permissions, can you access my bank and important info?

  • Nope! We can only create/view shipments & inventory.

  • Is there a specific length of time commitment?

  • There is no time commitment for our service, although we’d love to work with Sellers long term to help them scale their business!

  • I don’t want anyone stealing my suppliers, do you have a non-compete?

  • We can assure you, there is zero desire to ‘steal’ anyones suppliers as we have our own and would never destroy our reputation to make a few bucks. If you do have any concerns about this, we are happy to sign a Non-Compete & NDA.

  • What type of products do you accept?

  • We accept nearly all categories! Our top products we handle are Health/Personal Care, Beauty, Shoes, Toys and Grocery.

  • What do you do with the packing slips and samples/gifts?

  • We keep a ‘personal box’ on your shelf and once it is full, we can ship it directly to you!

  • Do you accept deliveries via DoorDash/3rd Party?

  • We accept these type of deliveries between 9a-3p. Deliveries after hours or on weekends are not accepted.
